目的:探讨踝臂指数(ABI)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)对2型糖尿病合并急性心肌梗死的预测价值。方法选择2型糖尿病合并急性心肌梗死患者30例作为观察组,同期选择单纯2型糖尿病患者,未发生心脑血管事件者30例作为对照组,分别测定两组患者的ABI及血清Hcy。结果两组患者血压(BP)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)、胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(T G )、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C )等比较差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。观察组 ABI值平均为(1.03±0.10),对照组为(1.10±0.06),两组比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组 Hcy水平为(12.59±4.26)umol/L ,高于对照组(9.65±2.42)umol/L ,两组比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);ABI与Hcy呈负相关(r =-0.292,P<0.05)。结论对Hcy与ABI进行测定,可对2型糖尿病患者未来发生心肌梗死的风险作出预测,减少急性心肌梗死的发生。

목적:탐토과비지수(ABI)화동형반광안산(Hcy)대2형당뇨병합병급성심기경사적예측개치。방법선택2형당뇨병합병급성심기경사환자30례작위관찰조,동기선택단순2형당뇨병환자,미발생심뇌혈관사건자30례작위대조조,분별측정량조환자적ABI급혈청Hcy。결과량조환자혈압(BP)、공복혈당(FPG)、찬후2소시혈당(2hPG)、담고순(CHO)、감유삼지(T G )、저밀도지단백(LDL-C )등비교차이무통계학의의( P>0.05)。관찰조 ABI치평균위(1.03±0.10),대조조위(1.10±0.06),량조비교차이유현저통계학의의(P<0.01);관찰조 Hcy수평위(12.59±4.26)umol/L ,고우대조조(9.65±2.42)umol/L ,량조비교차이유현저통계학의의(P<0.01);ABI여Hcy정부상관(r =-0.292,P<0.05)。결론대Hcy여ABI진행측정,가대2형당뇨병환자미래발생심기경사적풍험작출예측,감소급성심기경사적발생。
Objective To study the predictive value of Ankle brachial index (ABI)and homocysteine (Hcy)in type 2 diabetes with acute myocardial infarction .Methods 30 cases of observation group were type 2 diabetes with acute myocardial infarction , and 30 cases of control group were not with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events .ABI and Hcy were observed .Results There were no statistical differences in the average blood pressure (BP) ,fasting plasma glucose (FPG) ,2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2 hPG) ,cholesterol (CHO) ,triglycerides (TG) ,low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) between two groups(P>0.05) .The average ABI of observation group was 1.03 ± 0.10 ,and which of control group was 1.10 ± 0.06 ,there was statistically significant differences between two groups (P<0.01) .The average Hcy of observation group was 12.59 ± 4.26 umol/L ,and which of control group was 9.65 ± 2.42 umol/L ,there was statistically significant differences between two groups(P<0.01) .There was negative correlation between ABI and Hcy (r= -0.292 ,P<0.05) .Conclusion Determination of patients ,Hcy and ABI ,can effectively predict myocardial infarction in patients with type 2 diabetes in the future ,reduce the incidence of acute myocardial infarction .
