目的：探讨难治性眩晕的综合治疗方案的临床效果及复发率。方法：72例眩晕患者经门诊常规治疗效果不理想，住院接受基础治疗＋康复锻炼的个体化综合治疗方案，并分析其治疗效果和复发率。结果：经过基础治疗，患者症状消失者42例（583．3％），一周复查总有效率为88．89％，3月复查总有效率为100．00％。随访结束后，本组患者8例患者复发眩晕症，复发率11．43％。结论：针对门诊常规治疗效果不佳的难治性眩晕患者，针对病因、前庭能改状态等进行基础治疗，配合必要的药物、手术等康复训练计划，总体治疗效果满意，复发率较低。
목적：탐토난치성현훈적종합치료방안적림상효과급복발솔。방법：72례현훈환자경문진상규치료효과불이상，주원접수기출치료＋강복단련적개체화종합치료방안，병분석기치료효과화복발솔。결과：경과기출치료，환자증상소실자42례（583．3％），일주복사총유효솔위88．89％，3월복사총유효솔위100．00％。수방결속후，본조환자8례환자복발현훈증，복발솔11．43％。결론：침대문진상규치료효과불가적난치성현훈환자，침대병인、전정능개상태등진행기출치료，배합필요적약물、수술등강복훈련계화，총체치료효과만의，복발솔교저。
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of patients with intractable vertigo.Method:Selected 72 patients with intractable vertigo in our hospital , who were all given outpatient service routine therapy but the treatment effect was not ideal .So they were given the individualized compre-hensive treatment plan of combination fundamental treatment in hospital with rehabilitation exercise .and ana-lysed the therapeutic effect and recurrence rate .Result:Clinical symptoms of the patients whose disappeared were 42 cases(58.33%).Reviewing the total effective rate was 88.89%in a week,and the total effective rate was 100%in three months .While the symptoms of vertigo for 8 cases reappeared ,and the recurrence rate was 11.43%at the end of follow-up.Conclus ion:Patients the intractable vertigo who were given the routine ther-apy, but the treatment effect was not ideal with the fundamental therapy aimed at the causes and the change state of vestibular function ,combination with the rehabilitation training plan of medicine and operative treat-ment,which has a satisfactory therapeutic effect and low recurrence rate .
