目的：了解天津地区三甲医院内科医生高血压诊治水平，为优化高血压治疗提供参考。方法对天津部分三甲医院内科系统的医生，通过笔试问卷的方法进行高血压病相关临床知识及诊治情况的调查，并对所得数据进行分析、研究。结果①内科系统的临床医生对生活方式干预血压的知识掌握整体准确率为71.2%，不同职称级别医生差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。②对常用降压药物：利尿剂、β受体阻滞剂、ACEI、降压0号的慎用症、禁用症掌握的准确率分别为67.9%、72.0%、76.4%、33.1%，前3种药物在不同科室间差异有统计学意义(P 均<0.05)。③不同科室间对于本科常见高血压合并症处理尚规范，但对不常见病例处理较差。结论天津地区三甲医院内科系统医生，应需进一步普及高血压治疗的相关知识，提高临床处理高血压病的能力。

Objective To survey the clinical ability of hypertension treatment among the physicians in class 3-A hospitals in Tianjin,and provide a reference for better treatment.Methods Some physicians who worked in the class 3-A hospitals were investigated by questionnaires,and then the data from the survey analyzed.Results ①The knowledge level on non-pharmacologic treatments’overall accuracy was 71.2%,and the physicians among different titles showed no significant differences (P > 0.05 );② The accuracy of special indications on the common antihypertensive drugs (such as diuretics,beta-blockers,ACE inhibitors,Hypertensor No 0)were 67.9%,72.0%,76.4%,33.1%,and there were remarkable differences in the top three drugs among different departments(all P <0.05 );③The treatments for the common complications of hypertension among different departments were standard,but the overall level was still insufficient.Conclusion The physicians in the class 3-A hospitals in Tianjin should be re-educated with the knowledge of hypertension,in order to improve their ability of clinical treatment of hypertension.
