变压器油中的糠醛含量是电力变压器固体绝缘老化的重要判据之一,但由于变压器油中糠醛浓度过低,给检测工作带来了极大困难。设计了一种新的变压器油中糠醛萃取方法,并在该方法的基础上提出了2种浓缩变压器油中糠醛的方案:一种为通过改变萃取液与油样的比值,从而达到浓缩效果的方法;另一种为通过多次萃取达到浓缩效果的方法。实验结果表明:第1种方法操作简单,萃取时间短,能有效降低操作误差的影响,但在要求高倍浓缩的情况下,萃取效率较低,浓缩效果有限;第2种方法虽然萃取时间较长,但萃取效率高,可达90%以上,浓缩效果好,能够实现所希望的浓缩率,因此,更能满足对变压器油中低浓度糠醛分析的精度要求。

Furfural content is one of the important criteria to judge aging extent of power transformer’s solid insulation, however too low furfural concentration in transformer oil brings great difficulty in the detection of furfural content. A new method to extract furfural in transformer oil is designed and on this basis two schemes to achieve the enrichment are put forward:one of them is by changing the ratio of the extract liquor to the transformer oil sample, and the another is by multiple extraction. Experimental results show that the operation of the first scheme is simple and only short extraction time is needed, so the affects of operating errors can be reduced effectively, however under the requirement on high degree of enrichment both its extraction efficiency and concentration effect are not satisfied; although the time for the extraction is longer, the extraction efficiency of the second scheme is higher than 90%, so it can offer a better enriching effect and the desired degree of enrichment can be implemented, thus the second scheme can satisfy the accuracy requirement on the analysis of low concentration furfural in transformer oil.
