目的：观察如意金黄散贴敷联合中药熏洗治疗痔术后水肿的临床疗效。方法将60例符合纳入标准的环状混合痔术后水肿的患者随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例，治疗组给予如意金黄散贴敷联合中药熏洗治疗；对照组给予中药熏洗治疗，观察比较两组临床疗效，结果经统计学分析，两组临床疗效有显著性差异，治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论如意金黄散贴敷联合中药熏洗治疗痔术后水肿具有较好的临床疗效。
목적：관찰여의금황산첩부연합중약훈세치료치술후수종적림상료효。방법장60례부합납입표준적배상혼합치술후수종적환자수궤분위대조조30례화치료조30례，치료조급여여의금황산첩부연합중약훈세치료；대조조급여중약훈세치료，관찰비교량조림상료효，결과경통계학분석，량조림상료효유현저성차이，치료조우우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론여의금황산첩부연합중약훈세치료치술후수종구유교호적림상료효。
Objective To observe the clinical curative efficacy of the Ruyi Golden Powder with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treated hem-orrhoid postoperative edema.Methods 60 cases included in the standard of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid postoperative edema,30 cases of patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in treatment group given Ruyi Golden Powder were applied with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy treatment;Control group given Chinese medicine fumigation treatment,compare two groups of clinical curative effect.Results The statistical analysis,two groups of clinical curative effect have significant difference,the treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0. 05).Conclusion Ruyi golden powder were applied with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy treating hemorrhoid postoperative edema has better clinical curative effect.
