针对目前油浸式变压器所采取的传统定期维修方式存在维修不足或维修过度方面的缺陷问题，利用Weibull比例失效模型建立了变压器运行状态与故障率之间的关系，以最小维修成本为决策目标，确定了基于PHM的维修策略。应用VC++针对沈阳变压器厂设计生产的SFP-720000/500型油浸式变压器进行了仿真计算，证明了此方法在油浸式变压器维修决策中的使用价值。

Aiming at the lack of regular maintenance or repair service exists in oil-immersed transformer which takes traditional periodic maintenance way at present, the relationship between the failure rate of oil-immersed transformer is analyzed and it’ s operation is established based on Weibull proportional hazards model with minimum maintenance cost as decision-making objectives so as to make PHM-based maintenance strategies. For a certain type of oil-im-mersed transformer, simulations implemented using VC+ + show the great value in the use of oil-immersed transform-er maintenance decision.
