针对实际交流负荷条件下智能电表负荷开关接触电阻的变化规律问题,介绍了一种智能电表负荷开关实负荷测试系统,在此基础上开展了一系列试验研究。研究结果表明:智能电表负荷开关触点分断时电弧现象较闭合时明显;触点开合电弧能量和操作次数间呈近似线性关系;接触电阻随试验次数增加有缓慢的增长趋势;物理退化模型中的退化率模型所表征的接触电阻的增长趋势快于线性累积模型。
針對實際交流負荷條件下智能電錶負荷開關接觸電阻的變化規律問題,介紹瞭一種智能電錶負荷開關實負荷測試繫統,在此基礎上開展瞭一繫列試驗研究。研究結果錶明:智能電錶負荷開關觸點分斷時電弧現象較閉閤時明顯;觸點開閤電弧能量和操作次數間呈近似線性關繫;接觸電阻隨試驗次數增加有緩慢的增長趨勢;物理退化模型中的退化率模型所錶徵的接觸電阻的增長趨勢快于線性纍積模型。

A real-load test system for the load switch is introduced in this paper and a series of experiments are pre-formed aiming at the problem of the contact resistance variation of the load switch in the smart meter under real condi-tions. Research results show that the arc phenomenon is much more obvious with the contact breaking than that with the contact closing, and the operating times and the arc energy of the contact breaking and closing present an approxi-mate linear relationship. In addition, the contact resistance will increase slowly with the number of trials, and the in-creasing trend of the contact resistance characterized by the model of degradation rate is faster than those characterized by the model of linear cumulative growth.
