描述的直流电能计量标准装置采用直流电流比较仪技术扩展直流电流量程,测量电流最大达到600 A。使用高精度数字采样及同步技术实现直流电能的精确计量,减小直流源不稳定对装置测量不确定度的影响,装置最终测量范围10mV~1000V,10mA~600A,扩展不确定度小于120×10-6。同时着重介绍了基于分步评定方法的装置测量不确定评定过程。

A system for calibration DC ( direct current ) energy meters using DC current-comparator and sampling technology is described in this paper, whose maximum current measurement is able to reach 600A. The implementa-tions of high-precision digital sampling and synchronization technology for precise measurement of DC power reduce the impact on the measurement uncertainty by instable DC source, which achieve the measurement ranges are from 10mV to 1000V in voltage, and from 10mA to 600A in current, and the systematic uncertainty of the calibration sys-tem is less than 120 × 10 -6 . At the same time, this paper focuses on the evaluation process for step-by-step evaluation device.
