目的：探讨中药祛痛汤结合多虑平治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛（PHN ）的临床效果。方法选择自2011年9月以来接诊的P H N患者90例，分为试验组和对照组，每组各45例。对照组患者采取常规西药治疗，肌肉注射维生素B1和B12以及多虑平；试验组在对照组的基础上再加上口服中药祛痛汤治疗。每个疗程10 d ，治疗持续3个疗程。治疗结束后立即采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）对患者疼痛进行评分，比较两组治疗效果。结果试验组综合疗效评定为痊愈12例，显效18例，好转11例，无效4例，总有效率达到91．1％；对照组综合疗效评定为痊愈8例，显效14例，好转13例，无效10例，总有效率达到77．8％，两组有效率相比差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；两组患者不良反应比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论中药祛痛汤结合多虑平治疗PHN的效果明显，无明显不良反应，是PHN较佳的治疗选择之一，值得在临床上进一步推广。
목적：탐토중약거통탕결합다필평치료대상포진후유신경통（PHN ）적림상효과。방법선택자2011년9월이래접진적P H N환자90례，분위시험조화대조조，매조각45례。대조조환자채취상규서약치료，기육주사유생소B1화B12이급다필평；시험조재대조조적기출상재가상구복중약거통탕치료。매개료정10 d ，치료지속3개료정。치료결속후립즉채용시각모의평분법（VAS）대환자동통진행평분，비교량조치료효과。결과시험조종합료효평정위전유12례，현효18례，호전11례，무효4례，총유효솔체도91．1％；대조조종합료효평정위전유8례，현효14례，호전13례，무효10례，총유효솔체도77．8％，량조유효솔상비차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）；량조환자불량반응비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론중약거통탕결합다필평치료PHN적효과명현，무명현불량반응，시PHN교가적치료선택지일，치득재림상상진일보추엄。
Objective To explore the Therapeutic effects of Qutong Soup combined with doxepin on posther-petic neuralgia(PHN) .Methods A total of 90 patients with PHN ,treated in this hospital since September 2011 , were randomly divided into control group(45 cases) ,treated with intramuscular injection of vitamin B1 and B12 ,and doxepin ,and experiment group(45 cases) ,treated with Qutong Soup ,except for the treatment of control group .Each course was 10 d ,and all patients were treated for continuous 3 courses .Visual analogue scales(VAS) were performed after treatment to assess the degree of pain in all patients ,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were com-pared .Results In patients of experiment group ,12 cases were cured ,18 cases were markedly effective ,11 cases were improved ,4 cases were ineffective ,and the total effective rate was 91 .1% .In patients of control group ,8 cases were cured ,14 cases were markedly effective ,13 cases were improved ,10 cases were ineffective ,and the total effective rate was 77 .8% .The difference of total effective rate between the two groups was significant (P<0 .05) ,while the differ-ence of incidence rate of adverse reactions was not significant between the two groups (P>0 .05) .Conclusion Com-bined application of Qutong Soup and doxepin might be with fine efficiency for the treatment of PHN ,and be without significant side effects ,which could be a better treatment options for PHN ,thus worth for further promotion .
