境界优化是露天矿一个重要的步骤和环节,它可以使矿山企业利润最大化,但由于露天开采面是复杂多变的地质岩体、无序的品位分布以及多变的经济参数等一系列非线性动态问题,最优境界的确定显得尤其困难。本文在利用surpac建立三维地质实体模型和块体模型的基础上,在考虑资金的时间价值和边坡角几何约束条件下,根据不同矿石市场价格、边坡角影响及剥采比的变化情况,运用whittle矿业软件进行动态综合的境界优化,寻求一个最优的开采境界,对下一步矿山初步设计和开拓提供参考和决策依据。

Pit optimization is an important step and link of open pit, it can make the mining enterprise profit maximization, but due to strip mining face is complicated and changeable geological rock mass, disordered grade distribution and various economic parameters , a series of nonlinear dynamic problems, which made especially difficult for the form of the optimal boundary . To use surpac established three-dimensional geological model and the block model in this paper, on the basis of considering the time value and the slope Angle of the geometric constraint conditions, according to the different ore market price, the change of slope Angle and the stripping ratio, using whittle mining software to dynamic optimize and to seek an optimal mining .It is pvovided the reference and decision basement for mining preliminary design and development in the next.
