    Based on the status of shortage of entrepreneurial talent in rural, this paper discussed the way of strengthening the ideological education of agronomy specialty students, and analyzed the pathway of promoting the practical ability, innovation ability and entrepreneurial ability of agronomy students. The purpose is providing a consult for the practice of training the entrepreneurial talent of agronomy specialty.
