目前，国内外冲洗效率评价方法并不完善，评价手段不统一，也没有一套行之有效的标准或方法。本实验只需常规的API标准仪器，通过模拟井筒内形成的泥饼，在不同流态下使用不同的清洗液对泥饼进行冲刷，建立了评价冲洗效率的实验方法，并通过公式计算出清洗液冲洗效率。整个实验过程简单易操作，且任何人在实验室都能实现模拟井下泥饼被冲刷的实验效果并计算出清洗液的冲洗效率。实验结果表明，该装置能够很好地模拟泥饼被冲洗的过程，并对不同种类的清洗液做出横向比较，是一套行之有效的实验评价方法。

A new method is developed for the evaluation of the flushing efficiency of prepad fluids.In this study, using conventional instruments of API Standard, the cake mud formed by stimulating the condition of downhole, is flushed by different flushing fluid in diverse flow state, and experimental method for evaluating flushing efficiency is established and the flushing efficiency is calculated using a set of formula. The operation of the method is simple, and anyone can simulate the effect of the flushing of mud cake downhole and calculate the flushing efficiency in laboratory. Laboratory experiments showed that this device can effectively simulate the flushing process of mud cake downhole and horizontally compare different flushing fluid.
