新员工入职培训是医院人力资源部门每年要做的一项工作,面对该项工作任务,人力资源部门会碰到两个比较棘手的问题:一是新员工入职培训实施方案该怎么去写,它由哪些部分组成,各部分的内容该如何设计;二是如何能从新员工的立场与角度出发策划培训方案,做到与时俱进,契合时代要求。本文通过某公立医院10年间新员工入职培训实践,探索设计出一套契合时代特质的医院新员工入职培训方案,从而让新员工有一次难以忘怀的入职培训经历,并将其作为入职后的行为规范。

The orientation training for new staff is an annual task of hospital's human resource department. There are mainly two complex issues in the activity:1) How to draft the scheme of the new staff training, for example, what components are necessary for the scheme and how to design each of them;and 2) How to plan the training from the staff's perspective, meeting the contemporary standards. Based on the experience of 10 years' training planning practice in a public hospital, the author designed a scheme in accordance with the time's characteristics, which would leave the new staff with unforgettable training experience and internalize it as their code of conducts at their new positions.
