目的探讨护理心理干预对恶性妇科肿瘤患者负性情绪的影响。方法对32例接受放化疗恶性妇科肿瘤患者，采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）评定入院时的心理状况，进行系统的护理心理干预3周后，再次使用SCL-90评价患者的心理状况。结果护理心理干预前后比较，干预后患者SCL-90总分及各因子分均有不同程度下降，差异具有显著性（P<0.05）。结论护理心理干预可以改善恶性妇科肿瘤患者的负性情绪，提高患者的心理健康水平。
목적탐토호리심리간예대악성부과종류환자부성정서적영향。방법대32례접수방화료악성부과종류환자，채용증상자평량표（SCL-90）평정입원시적심리상황，진행계통적호리심리간예3주후，재차사용SCL-90평개환자적심리상황。결과호리심리간예전후비교，간예후환자SCL-90총분급각인자분균유불동정도하강，차이구유현저성（P<0.05）。결론호리심리간예가이개선악성부과종류환자적부성정서，제고환자적심리건강수평。
Objectives: Discuss the influence of psychological intervention on the negative emotions of patients with gynecological tumors. Methods:A total of 32 patients with malignant gynecological tumors who were receiving chemo-/radiotherapy were assessed with SCL-90 scale for their psychological condition at admission. After three months' systematic psychological intervention, they were investigated with the scale again. Results:The patients' scores after the intervention were significantly lower than those before it both in total and on all dimensions (P<0.05). Conclusions:Psychological interventions in nursing can benefit the patients' emotion and improve their mental health.
