目的降低健康体检报告首次书写的缺陷，保证体检报告质量。方法通过对健康体检报告首次书写不准确现象进行分析，找出影响书写错误的关键因素，采取相应的个性化改进措施，使各报告书写流程得到了优化，健康体检报告书写准确率得到明显提高。结果健康体检报告首次书写缺陷率从15.46%降低到4.92％，短期Z值从2.535上升至3.153。结论针对书写缺陷问题，找出关键原因，在健康体检报告书写环节中持续改进，降低了体检报告首次书写的缺陷，保证了体检报告质量。

Objectives:To reduce the deficits in the first draft of health examination reports and to ensure the quality of reports. Methods:By analyzing the errors in the first draft of health examination reports, looking for the key factors causing the errors, and implementing corresponding countermeasures, the writing process of health examination reports was optimized, and writing accuracy was significantly increased. Results:Deficit rates of the first drafts of health examination reports was lowered from 15.46% to 4.92%, and short-term Z scores raised from 2.535 to 3.153. Conclusions:Key reasons for writing deficits were found and continuous improvement in writing process implemented which reduced the deficits and ensured the quality of health examination report.
