选修课程是高等医学教育课程体系的重要组成部分，也是培养高素质医学人才的必要补充。本文分析了医学院校开设选修课程的现状，并以此为切入点，阐述了选修课程开设过程中面临的问题，依据以学生为本的全人教育理念，提出了加强医学院校选修课程体系建设的具体建议。

Selective course is not only an important part of the higher medical educational curriculum, but also a necessary complement for cultivating high-quality medical professionals. Critical issues are analyzed through the current situation of selective courses which are provided by medical school. With the concept of student-centered holistic education,specific suggestions are presented to strengthen con-struction of the medical college selective course system.
