目的探讨同伴互助教学模式在急诊临床实习中的应用效果。方法在带教教师的指导下,八年制医学生与留学生结成学习小组共同完成急诊临床实习任务。结果相较于之前的临床实习,实施同伴互助教学模式后,留学生的出勤率从70.0%上升至90.0%,出科考试成绩也有明显提高,而90.0%的八年制学生则认为这种新模式对提高自己的外语水平有一定帮助,带教教师也认为减轻了自己一定的教学压力。结论同伴互助教学模式有助于提高留学生的急诊临床实习质量和八年制医学生的外语交流水平,并在一定程度上减轻带教教师的教学压力。

Objective To observe the effects of the peer coaching applied to the clinical practice of emergency medicine. Methods Under the guidance of the teachers, the practice tasks were finished by the teams of the foreign students with 8-year program medical students. Results The attendance rate of the foreign students was improved from 70. 0% to 90. 0% and the scores were also increased greatly. In addition, this new teaching method was proved to be useful to improve the English level in 90. 0% of 8-year program medical students and to reduce supervisors’ stress. Conclusions Peer coaching can not only enhance the effects of clinical practice for the foreign students, but also provide more chance of English communications for 8-year program medical students. And in certain extend the pressure of the supervisors can be relieved by this new teaching method.
