依据助理全科医师培养标准，结合学校自身的基础和优势，对助理全科医师“3+2”培养模式进行了全面系统的探索与实践，制定了切实可行的培养方案，设计了与成人专升本学历教育并轨实施的创新模式，探索了一体化设计、一对一带教、一以贯之的全科医学理念与职业素质培养、医院带社区的培养基地联合体等对助理全科医师培养质量所发挥的重要作用，并对该模式的进一步完善进行了较为深入的探索。

The “3+2” training model is developed on the basis of the assistant general practitioner training standards. Our group did systematical research about how to put the model into effect with combination of our school’ s features and advantages. Therefore we formulated a set of practical training programs, created an innovative pattern to merge the “3+2” training model into the adult diploma education system, produced an integrated training design, a one-to-one tutoring system, a consistent concept of comprehensive general medicine and professionalism, as well as set up an association between comprehensive hospitals and community clinics. The deep exploration and practice about the training mode is effective in cultivating qualified general practitioners.
