使用一台昆明理工大学发明的ZXN-32振动型斜板盒沉降分离器,在鞍钢矿业公司东鞍山烧结厂的选矿车间开展了铁中矿浓缩的工业试验研究。在实验室粒度分析和沉降试验的基础上,对铁中矿进行了给矿量与溢流浊度的关系、底流浓度与给矿量和溢流浊度的关系、设备稳定性等相关试验研究。试验结果表明:在处理-0.010 mm含量高达44.84%的铁中矿时,与现场使用的普通浓密机比较表明,在相同的底流浓度和溢流浊度下,振动型斜板盒沉降分离器的单位面积处理量是普通浓密机2.6~3.0倍,而且单位处理量能耗仅为普通浓密机的5.6%,满足了实际生产的要求。

A ZXN-32 vibration inclined plate box settlement thickener ,invented by Kunming Uni -versity of Science and Technology , was applied to an industrial experiment study for iron middling concentration .This experiment has been carried out in the ore dressing workshop of Dong 'anshan Sintering plant .According to particle-size analysis and settlement tests , a series of experiment re-search on iron middling such as relationship between feeding capacity and overflow turbidity , rela-tionship between underflow density , feeding capacity and turbidity of overflow , equipment stability and other parameters have been conducted .The results show that when the iron middles was treated with the grinding fineness was -0 .010 mm 44 .84%, compared to the ordinary thickener used in the plant, the capacity per unit area of the new device is about 2.6~3.0 times as much and the energy consumption per unit capacity only accounts for 5.6%.
