针对兰坪燕子洞碳酸盐型含银氧化铜矿石高碱性、高砷、高结合率的特点,进行了常温常压氨浸试验研究。研究表明:常温常压,在氨水浓度1.5 mol/L,碳酸氢铵浓度1.5 mol/L,磨矿细度-0.074 mm占85%,液固比2.5∶1,浸出时间3 h条件下,铜浸出率可达70%。氨浸液经萃取-电积可得到99.95%的电积铜,有效地实现了铜元素的回收利用。
針對蘭坪燕子洞碳痠鹽型含銀氧化銅礦石高堿性、高砷、高結閤率的特點,進行瞭常溫常壓氨浸試驗研究。研究錶明:常溫常壓,在氨水濃度1.5 mol/L,碳痠氫銨濃度1.5 mol/L,磨礦細度-0.074 mm佔85%,液固比2.5∶1,浸齣時間3 h條件下,銅浸齣率可達70%。氨浸液經萃取-電積可得到99.95%的電積銅,有效地實現瞭銅元素的迴收利用。
침대란평연자동탄산염형함은양화동광석고감성、고신、고결합솔적특점,진행료상온상압안침시험연구。연구표명:상온상압,재안수농도1.5 mol/L,탄산경안농도1.5 mol/L,마광세도-0.074 mm점85%,액고비2.5∶1,침출시간3 h조건하,동침출솔가체70%。안침액경췌취-전적가득도99.95%적전적동,유효지실현료동원소적회수이용。
The effects of oxidized copper ores which came from Lanping of Yunnan Province were studied using agitation leaching methods in laboratory in order to find out the optimum leaching conditions under normal temperature and pressure .Silver content of the ores was high .The ores belonged to typical carbonate minerals .The optimum conditions obtained were as follows:ammonia concentration 1.5 mol/L, granding fineness about 85% -0.074 mm, liquid -solid ratio 2.5∶1 and leching time 3 h.The leaching rate of this ore could reach 70%.
