针对四川会东难处理氧化铜矿,研究了不同铵(胺)盐活化剂对氧化铜矿硫化浮选行为的影响规律。结果表明:乙二胺磷酸盐、硫酸铵、氯化铵、碳酸氢铵、磷酸氢二铵均对氧化铜矿硫化浮选有活化作用;用单一活化剂时最佳的是乙二胺磷酸盐,用组合活化剂时乙二胺磷酸盐和碳酸氢铵组合效果最好,且组合活化剂活化效果优于单一活化剂。当乙二胺磷酸盐和碳酸氢铵以1∶3组合使用,总用量为480 g/t时,闭路试验可获得铜精矿铜品位19.01%,回收率为83.31%的优良指标,与直接硫化浮选相比,精矿铜品位提高了4.05%,回收率提高了12.42%。

침대사천회동난처리양화동광,연구료불동안(알)염활화제대양화동광류화부선행위적영향규률。결과표명:을이알린산염、류산안、록화안、탄산경안、린산경이안균대양화동광류화부선유활화작용;용단일활화제시최가적시을이알린산염,용조합활화제시을이알린산염화탄산경안조합효과최호,차조합활화제활화효과우우단일활화제。당을이알린산염화탄산경안이1∶3조합사용,총용량위480 g/t시,폐로시험가획득동정광동품위19.01%,회수솔위83.31%적우량지표,여직접류화부선상비,정광동품위제고료4.05%,회수솔제고료12.42%。
Using several ammonium ( amine) salts as activators, the sulfide flotation behaviors of refractory oxidised copper ores in Huidong have been studied .The results showed that ethylene di-amine phosphate , ammonium sulfate , ammonium chloride , ammonium bicarbonate and diammoni-um phosphate have significant activation to sulfide flotation of oxidised copper ores .When using single activator , the performance of ethylenediamine phosphates was the best , while using a com-posite one , the performance of ethylenediamine phosphate and ammonium bicarbonate combination was the best .The activation effect of composite activator was better than that of single .When ethyl-enediamine phosphate and ammonium bicarbonate were combined with ration 1∶3 and dosage 480 g/t, a final copper concentrate with grade of 19.01% and recovery of 83.31% were obtained. Compared to the direct sulfide flotation , the concentrate grade was raised by 4.05%and the recov-ery was increased by 12 .42%.
