目的:了解喉癌组织中KAI1和CD44v3表达的情况,探讨其在喉癌中的意义及与淋巴转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学(SP)法分别检测40例喉癌患者的咽喉黏膜组织、30例正体检者咽喉黏膜组织中KAI1和CD44v3的表达水平。并分析两者在喉癌不同分化程度、临床分、有无淋巴结转移的癌组织中表达的差异及其相关性。结果癌组织中KAI1的表达低于在正常喉黏膜组织中的表达(χ2=8.86,P<0.01),在癌组织中表达与分化程度、临床分期及是否有淋结转移无关(P>0.05),但阳性表达的强度与临床分期及是否有淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);CD44v3在癌组织中的表达高于正常咽喉黏膜组织(χ2=18.36, P<0.01),表达与临床分期及是有淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与分化程度无关。KAI1及CD44v3在癌组织中的表达具有相性(χ2=4.19,P<0.05),关联系数r=0.67。结论 KAI1的表达可能抑制喉癌的发生及转移程,CD44v3可能促进了喉癌的发生和转移。
目的:瞭解喉癌組織中KAI1和CD44v3錶達的情況,探討其在喉癌中的意義及與淋巴轉移的關繫。方法採用免疫組織化學(SP)法分彆檢測40例喉癌患者的嚥喉黏膜組織、30例正體檢者嚥喉黏膜組織中KAI1和CD44v3的錶達水平。併分析兩者在喉癌不同分化程度、臨床分、有無淋巴結轉移的癌組織中錶達的差異及其相關性。結果癌組織中KAI1的錶達低于在正常喉黏膜組織中的錶達(χ2=8.86,P<0.01),在癌組織中錶達與分化程度、臨床分期及是否有淋結轉移無關(P>0.05),但暘性錶達的彊度與臨床分期及是否有淋巴結轉移有關(P<0.05);CD44v3在癌組織中的錶達高于正常嚥喉黏膜組織(χ2=18.36, P<0.01),錶達與臨床分期及是有淋巴結轉移有關(P<0.05),與分化程度無關。KAI1及CD44v3在癌組織中的錶達具有相性(χ2=4.19,P<0.05),關聯繫數r=0.67。結論 KAI1的錶達可能抑製喉癌的髮生及轉移程,CD44v3可能促進瞭喉癌的髮生和轉移。
목적:료해후암조직중KAI1화CD44v3표체적정황,탐토기재후암중적의의급여림파전이적관계。방법채용면역조직화학(SP)법분별검측40례후암환자적인후점막조직、30례정체검자인후점막조직중KAI1화CD44v3적표체수평。병분석량자재후암불동분화정도、림상분、유무림파결전이적암조직중표체적차이급기상관성。결과암조직중KAI1적표체저우재정상후점막조직중적표체(χ2=8.86,P<0.01),재암조직중표체여분화정도、림상분기급시부유림결전이무관(P>0.05),단양성표체적강도여림상분기급시부유림파결전이유관(P<0.05);CD44v3재암조직중적표체고우정상인후점막조직(χ2=18.36, P<0.01),표체여림상분기급시유림파결전이유관(P<0.05),여분화정도무관。KAI1급CD44v3재암조직중적표체구유상성(χ2=4.19,P<0.05),관련계수r=0.67。결론 KAI1적표체가능억제후암적발생급전이정,CD44v3가능촉진료후암적발생화전이。
Objective o evaluate the expressions of KAI1 and CD44v3 in laryngeal carcinoma, and their effect on laryngeal carcinoma and lymph nodes metastasis.Methods The technology of immunohistochemistry SP was used to detect the expressions of KAI1, CD44v3 protein in the 40 cases of laryngeal carcinoma and 30 cases normal mucosa respectively. In addition, several clinic pathological features were analyzed.Results KAI1 expression was significantly lower while CD44v3 expression w as significantly higher in 40 cases of laryngeal carcinoma tissue than 30 cases normal mucosa, and there was statistical significance between them. There was no significant difference in the expression of KAI1 and CD44v3 protein and pathological grades, but there was statisticalsignificance in clinical grades. As to lymphatic metastasis of carcinoma cells, the positive expression rate of KAI1 was decreasing while CD44v3 protein was increasing obviously.Conclusion KAI1 and CD44v3 participate in the occurrence and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma.
