目的:优选防己中粉防己碱和防己诺林碱的最佳提取工艺。方法:以总生物碱的含量和浸膏的率为考察指标,采用正交试验,考察提取溶媒的浓度、提取时间、提取次数和提取溶媒的用量对提取的影响,确定了防己中粉防己碱和防己诺林碱的最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺条件是:以6倍量60%乙醇提取3次,每次1小时。结论:优选得到的提取工艺得率高,操作简便易行。

목적:우선방기중분방기감화방기낙림감적최가제취공예。방법:이총생물감적함량화침고적솔위고찰지표,채용정교시험,고찰제취용매적농도、제취시간、제취차수화제취용매적용량대제취적영향,학정료방기중분방기감화방기낙림감적최가제취공예。결과:최가제취공예조건시:이6배량60%을순제취3차,매차1소시。결론:우선득도적제취공예득솔고,조작간편역행。
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Fangchinoline and Tetrandrine in StephaniaTetrandra S.Moore by orthogo-nal design.Methods:The optimal extraction conditions ,such as the concentration of extraction solvent ,extraction time,extraction times and amount of solvent to material were investigated by orthogonal design;the content of the total alkaloids and Extract yield were the in-spection index .Results:The optimal conditions for the extraction process were as follows ,and took 60%alcohol as dissolving medium ,ex-tract 3 times,1 h/time.Conclusion:The extraction technology developed after optimization was a high efficiency and easier to operate .
