目的：优选防己中粉防己碱和防己诺林碱的最佳提取工艺。方法：以总生物碱的含量和浸膏的率为考察指标，采用正交试验，考察提取溶媒的浓度、提取时间、提取次数和提取溶媒的用量对提取的影响，确定了防己中粉防己碱和防己诺林碱的最佳提取工艺。结果：最佳提取工艺条件是：以6倍量60％乙醇提取3次，每次1小时。结论：优选得到的提取工艺得率高，操作简便易行。
目的：優選防己中粉防己堿和防己諾林堿的最佳提取工藝。方法：以總生物堿的含量和浸膏的率為攷察指標，採用正交試驗，攷察提取溶媒的濃度、提取時間、提取次數和提取溶媒的用量對提取的影響，確定瞭防己中粉防己堿和防己諾林堿的最佳提取工藝。結果：最佳提取工藝條件是：以6倍量60％乙醇提取3次，每次1小時。結論：優選得到的提取工藝得率高，操作簡便易行。
목적：우선방기중분방기감화방기낙림감적최가제취공예。방법：이총생물감적함량화침고적솔위고찰지표，채용정교시험，고찰제취용매적농도、제취시간、제취차수화제취용매적용량대제취적영향，학정료방기중분방기감화방기낙림감적최가제취공예。결과：최가제취공예조건시：이6배량60％을순제취3차，매차1소시。결론：우선득도적제취공예득솔고，조작간편역행。
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Fangchinoline and Tetrandrine in StephaniaTetrandra S.Moore by orthogo-nal design.Methods:The optimal extraction conditions ,such as the concentration of extraction solvent ,extraction time,extraction times and amount of solvent to material were investigated by orthogonal design;the content of the total alkaloids and Extract yield were the in-spection index .Results:The optimal conditions for the extraction process were as follows ,and took 60%alcohol as dissolving medium ,ex-tract 3 times,1 h/time.Conclusion:The extraction technology developed after optimization was a high efficiency and easier to operate .
