目的:探讨6个月内婴儿不同月龄正常髋关节的超声特点及变化情况,为诊断6个月内婴儿髋关节发育不良提供参考。方法对290个正常髋关节进行超声检查,根据月龄分为0~2月组(n=56)、2~4月组(n=130)、4~6月组(n=104)三组,运用Graf法对图像进行测量,对不同月龄组间测量结果进行统计分析。结果超声可清晰显示髋关节形态结构、股骨头及髋臼位置关系。290个髋关节中,97.9%为Ⅰ型,2.1%为Ⅱa型。左右两侧髋关节的α角、β角的差异无统计学意义(F=1.56,P>0.05);各月龄段左右两侧髋关节的α角、β角的差异均无统计学意义(F=1.23~2.75,P>0.05);而各月龄组正常髋关节α角、β角不年龄组间差异有统计学意义(F=18.72,25.72,P<0.05)。结论超声能够良好显示髋关节的形态特点,为婴儿发育性髋关节异常早期确诊及筛查提供参考依据。

Objective To evaluate the ultrasound(US)features of the normal hips in infants less than 6 months of age. Methods 290 healthy infants at ages of 0-2 months(56),2-4 months(130),4-6 months(104)underwent US examination of the hips.αandβangles were measured using Graf's method and statistically analyzed.Results The morphology and relationship between the femoral head and acetabulum were well shown in all infants on US.Of the 290 normal hips,97.9%were type I,and 2.1%were typeⅡa.There was no significant difference in theα-andβ-angles between the right and left hips in the same age groups (F=1.23-2.75,P>0.05).The differences inα-andβ-angles among the three age groups were significant(F=18.72,25.72, P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound clearly depicts the morphology of the normal hips and is useful for early screening of developmental dysplasia of the hips.
