针对正弦函数加减速算法在运行过程中存在加加速度突变，容易对传动系统产生柔性冲击的问题，提出了一种伺服压力机改进型柔性加减速控制算法，采用余弦函数作为伺服电动机加减速构造函数，推导出伺服电动机位移、速度、加速度和加加速度数学表达式，并详细分析其加减速模式。为该算法在伺服压力机加工工艺曲线设计中的应用奠定理论基础。
