在燃用生物柴油混合燃料的高压共轨柴油机上进行了改变喷油提前角对其经济性、动力性、排气温度、烟度的影响及变化规律的研究.试验结果表明:当喷油提前角推迟2°CA和提前2°CA后,对比最佳喷油提前角时刻,不同燃料的发动机的燃油消耗率增加,增幅为0.04%~2.79%;扭矩出现了下降,降幅在0.88%~6.92%之间.而当提前角推迟2°CA后,混合燃料的排温和烟度在各个转速下都有不同幅度的升高;提前角提前2°CA后,排温和烟度在各个转速下均出现不同幅度的下降.
在燃用生物柴油混閤燃料的高壓共軌柴油機上進行瞭改變噴油提前角對其經濟性、動力性、排氣溫度、煙度的影響及變化規律的研究.試驗結果錶明:噹噴油提前角推遲2°CA和提前2°CA後,對比最佳噴油提前角時刻,不同燃料的髮動機的燃油消耗率增加,增幅為0.04%~2.79%;扭矩齣現瞭下降,降幅在0.88%~6.92%之間.而噹提前角推遲2°CA後,混閤燃料的排溫和煙度在各箇轉速下都有不同幅度的升高;提前角提前2°CA後,排溫和煙度在各箇轉速下均齣現不同幅度的下降.
재연용생물시유혼합연료적고압공궤시유궤상진행료개변분유제전각대기경제성、동력성、배기온도、연도적영향급변화규률적연구.시험결과표명:당분유제전각추지2°CA화제전2°CA후,대비최가분유제전각시각,불동연료적발동궤적연유소모솔증가,증폭위0.04%~2.79%;뉴구출현료하강,강폭재0.88%~6.92%지간.이당제전각추지2°CA후,혼합연료적배온화연도재각개전속하도유불동폭도적승고;제전각제전2°CA후,배온화연도재각개전속하균출현불동폭도적하강.
The fuel injection advance angle of high pressure common rail diesel engine fueled with biodiesels is changed to study its influence on power performance,economic performance,exhaust temperature and smoke effects as well as the corresponding laws.The experiment results show that:compared with that of the optimal fuel injection advance angle,when the fuel injection advance angle is retarded 2°CA or advanced 2°CA,fuel consumption increase varies from 0.04%to 2.79%while the torque decreases in the range of 0.88%~6.92%.When the advance angle is retarded 2°CA,the exhaust temperature and smoke at all speeds increase to different extent;when the advance angle is advanced 2°CA,the exhaust temperature and smoke at all speeds drop in different degree.
