以女贞子为原料,乙醇为提取溶剂研究女贞子黄酮的最佳提取工艺。单因素试验考察了乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间、提取温度以及提取级数对黄酮得率的影响。在单因素试验基础上,采用Box-Benhnken响应曲面法考察了乙醇体积分数,料液比,提取时间以及各因素之间的交互对女贞子中黄酮得率的影响。试验结果表明,女贞子黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为乙醇体积分数60%,料液比1∶20,提取时间2 h。在此试验条件下做验证试验,得到的黄酮得率为3.2%,与预测值3.18%相比,相对误差为0.64%。

This paper deals with the optimal conditions for extracting flavanoids from Ligustrum lucidum Ait powder by ethanol solution .The effects of ethanol concentration ,soild-liquid ratio,extraction time,extraction tem-perature and extraction degree on the yield of flavonoids were investigated in the single factor test .The single fac-tor test result suggested that ratio of liquid and solid ,ethanol concentration and extraction time had great influ-ence on the yield of flavonoids .On the basis of the single factor test ,these three parameters were chosen to opti-mized the extraction condition .The effects of ethanol concentration , solid-liquid ratio and extraction time and their interactions on the yield of flavonoids were analyised by the response surface methodology and experiments designed by the Box-Benhnken method .The result suggested that the optimal extraction conditions of Ligustrum lucidum Ait flavanoids were as follows:ethanol concentration was 60%,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶20,extraction duration was 2 h.Under the above conditions ,the yield of flavonoids could reach 3.18%.Compared with the theo-retical yield of flavonoids 3.2%,the relative error was 0.64%.That shows that the response model was reliable and of certain pratical significance .
