采用超声波辅助醇提法从苔草中提取总黄酮,以正交试验确定其最佳工艺条件。结果表明:影响苔草总黄酮提取量的因素由大到小顺序依次为:超声功率、乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间,本试验条件下,苔草黄酮的最高提取量为18.9 mg/g,正交试验确定超声功率为162 W、超声时间25 min、料液比1∶60、乙醇体积分数70%为苔草黄酮的最佳提取工艺。

채용초성파보조순제법종태초중제취총황동,이정교시험학정기최가공예조건。결과표명:영향태초총황동제취량적인소유대도소순서의차위:초성공솔、을순체적분수、료액비、제취시간,본시험조건하,태초황동적최고제취량위18.9 mg/g,정교시험학정초성공솔위162 W、초성시간25 min、료액비1∶60、을순체적분수70%위태초황동적최가제취공예。
The study aimed at optimization of the technology for extraction of total flavonoids from Carex by means of uhrasonic-assisted technique .The orthogonal design was used to optimize the extracting condition . The results showed that the order of factors that had influence on the amount of total flavonoids was :ultrasonic power>ethanol concentration>ratio of solid to liquid>extraction time .Under the conditions of the experiment , the highest extraction amount of carex flavonoids was 18.9 mg/g,the optimum conditions for extraction of fla-vonoids from Carex were 162 W of ultrasonic power ,25 min of extraction time,material-liquid ratio 1∶60,and 70%of ethanol concentration .
