注射草鱼出血病疫苗已被生产实践证明是防治草鱼出血病的有效手段。分别用南海所( NH组)、珠江所( ZJ组)及汕头所( ST组)研制的3种草鱼出血病疫苗对草鱼背部肌肉进行免疫注射,并采用双抗体夹心法,测定接种后7、14、28、60及90 d鱼体血清中免疫球蛋白M( IgM)、补体3( C3)及溶菌酶浓度,以未经注射的草鱼作为对照组。结果显示,3个免疫组的鱼体血清IgM浓度峰值皆出现于注射后28 d,以ZJ组为最高;3组鱼体血清C3浓度与溶菌酶活力峰值皆出现于接种后7 d,并显著高于对照组。结果表明,注射3种草鱼出血病疫苗,可以在一定时间内提高鱼体血清中的特异性与非特异性免疫学指标,从而增强鱼体的免疫保护力。

주사초어출혈병역묘이피생산실천증명시방치초어출혈병적유효수단。분별용남해소( NH조)、주강소( ZJ조)급산두소( ST조)연제적3충초어출혈병역묘대초어배부기육진행면역주사,병채용쌍항체협심법,측정접충후7、14、28、60급90 d어체혈청중면역구단백M( IgM)、보체3( C3)급용균매농도,이미경주사적초어작위대조조。결과현시,3개면역조적어체혈청IgM농도봉치개출현우주사후28 d,이ZJ조위최고;3조어체혈청C3농도여용균매활력봉치개출현우접충후7 d,병현저고우대조조。결과표명,주사3충초어출혈병역묘,가이재일정시간내제고어체혈청중적특이성여비특이성면역학지표,종이증강어체적면역보호력。
Injection with GCRV vaccine was previously proved to be effective for prevention of the hemor-rhage disease in grass carp.In this study,three GCRV vaccines,developed by Nanhai Institute (NH group), Zhujiang Institute ( ZJ group ) and Shantou Institute ( ST group ) ,were injected through back muscle of fish .U-sing double antibody sandwich assay ,the concentration of three serum proteins ,including immunoglobulin M , complement 3 and lysozyme,were detected on the 7th,14th,28th,60th and 90th day post injection (dpi),respec-tively.The results showed that the highest values of serum IgM of three groups all appeared at 28 dpi,and were significantly higher than that of the control group .On the other hand ,the highest values of serum C 3 and lyso-zyme of three groups of vaccinated fish were detected on the 7th dpi,and all were significantly higher than that of the control fish till the 14th dpi.It is suggested that the examined 3 serum proteins of fish were up-regulated by injection with GCRV vaccines ,thus improving its immunity against hemorrhage disease in grass carp .
