应用常规的化学分析技术,测定3个规模化猪场(猪场A、猪场B和猪场C)污水处理不同阶段重金属含量变化,并与国家排放标准进行比较,以探讨不同污水处理工艺对重金属迁移转化的影响,为进一步优化规模化猪场污水的科学处理提供理论依据。污染物指标包括:铜( Cu)、砷( As)、铬( Cr6+)和氟化物,采用单项污染指数评价污染程度。结果表明,猪场A排放的污水中氟化物含量符合排放标准(<10 mg/L),其余3种重金属Cu、As和Cr6+的污染指数分别为6.38、15.2和12.36,三者都为严重污染;猪场B排放污水中氟化物、Cu、As和Cr6+的污染指数分别为0.004、0.36、2.4和0.36,其中As含量为严重污染;猪场C排放污水中氟化物、Cu、As和Cr6+的污染指数分别为0.004、3.76、1.06和8.24,氟化物含量符合排放标准,As含量属轻度污染,而Cu和Cr6+含量属严重污染。综上所述,不同规模化猪场采用不同的污水处理工艺,对污水的处理效果有所不同。从重金属迁移变化来看,猪场B效果优于其余2个猪场;但总体来说,3个猪场污水处理效果都不甚理想,污水处理工艺有待进一步优化改进。

The pollutant heavy metal transformation of piggery wastewater in different treatment phases for 3 pig farms (A,B and C) was determined by the conventional chemical analysis technology and was compared with the national discharge standards of pollutants for livestock and poultry breeding .The experiment was de-signed to explore the changes in heavy metal contents in different wastewater treatment processes ,and to pro-vide theoretical basis for optimizing the scientific treatment of piggery wastewater .The pollutant indexes included copper (Cu),arsenic (As),chromium (Cr6+) and fluoride.The pollution levels were evaluated by means of single pollution index .The results showed that the fluoride contents of A ,B and C complied with the discharge standard (<10 mg/L).The pollution indexes of Cu,As and Cr6+for A were 6.38,15.2 and 12.36,respectively. The pollution indexes of Cu,As and Cr6+for B were 0.36,2.4 and 0.36,respectively.The pollution indexes of Cu and Cr6+for C were 3.76,1.06 and 8.24,respectively.The pollution was serious.In conclusion,wastewater treatment effects varied with different wastewater treatment processes .From the content changes of heavy met-als,the effect of B was much better.As a whole, the effects of all A, B and C were not satisfactory .The wastewater processes should be improved .
