Ziziphus jujube Mill.%pollen%nutrient elements%germination
为研究营养元素N、P、K、Ca、Mg、B、Zn、Mo及其配比对枣花粉萌发与花粉管生长的影响。以“金丝4号”枣花粉为试材,运用琼脂培养基萌发法,对不同营养元素条件下花粉萌发率及花粉管长度进行比较。结果表明:(1) Zn、Ca、Mo、Mg对枣花粉萌发与花粉管生长具有抑制作用,而N、P、K、B则具有明显的促进作用。(2)促进花粉萌发最适宜质量浓度:CO( NH2)2为0.10~0.15 g/L;KH2 PO4为0.10 g/L;KCl为0.25 g/L;H3 BO3为0.02 g/L,促进花粉管生长最适宜质量浓度:CO( NH2)2为0.10~0.15 g/L;KH2 PO4为0.10 g/L;KCl为0.20~0.25 g/L;H3BO3为0.015~0.02 g/L。(3)N、P、K、B营养元素配合使用极显著地促进花粉萌发和花粉管生长,其中以0.10 g/L CO( NH2)2+0.10 g/L KH2 PO4+0.25 g/L KCl+0.015 g/L H3 BO3处理的效果最好,其花粉萌发率和花粉管长度分别为87.45%和1350μm,比CK提高了37.28%和1293.5μm。

위연구영양원소N、P、K、Ca、Mg、B、Zn、Mo급기배비대조화분맹발여화분관생장적영향。이“금사4호”조화분위시재,운용경지배양기맹발법,대불동영양원소조건하화분맹발솔급화분관장도진행비교。결과표명:(1) Zn、Ca、Mo、Mg대조화분맹발여화분관생장구유억제작용,이N、P、K、B칙구유명현적촉진작용。(2)촉진화분맹발최괄의질량농도:CO( NH2)2위0.10~0.15 g/L;KH2 PO4위0.10 g/L;KCl위0.25 g/L;H3 BO3위0.02 g/L,촉진화분관생장최괄의질량농도:CO( NH2)2위0.10~0.15 g/L;KH2 PO4위0.10 g/L;KCl위0.20~0.25 g/L;H3BO3위0.015~0.02 g/L。(3)N、P、K、B영양원소배합사용겁현저지촉진화분맹발화화분관생장,기중이0.10 g/L CO( NH2)2+0.10 g/L KH2 PO4+0.25 g/L KCl+0.015 g/L H3 BO3처리적효과최호,기화분맹발솔화화분관장도분별위87.45%화1350μm,비CK제고료37.28%화1293.5μm。
By using the pollen of Ziziphus jujube Mill.cv.“Jinsi4” as the material,the influence of nutrient elements on pollen germination and tube growth was studied by tissue culture in vitro .The results was as follows:(1)the pollen germination and tube growth were inhibited by Zn ,Ca,Mo and Mg,but enhanced by N,P,K and B;(2) the optimum concentrations of CO (NH2)2,KH2PO4,KCl and H3BO3 which raised pollen germination and tube growth were 0.10~0.15 g/L;0.10 g/L;0.25 g/L;0.02 g/L and 0.10~0.15 g/L;0.10 g/L;0.20~0.25 g/L;0.015~0.02 g/L respectively;(3)the combination of 0.10 g/L CO(NH2)2+0.10 g/L KH2PO4+0.25 g/L KCl+0.015 g/LH3 BO3 had the best result ,in this treatment the pollen germination percentage and Length of pollen tube were 87.45%and 1 350μm,37.28%and 1 293.5μm higher than those of CK .
