人体必需微量元素直接影响细胞代谢和胰岛素的水平,与糖尿病的关系密切。近年来,利用植物防治糖尿病越来越受到重视。采用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法( ICP-AES)测定了番石榴叶中Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Ni、Cu、Se、Cr、Co和V 11种微量元素的含量。结果表明,番石榴叶中微量元素的含量与常用作降血糖的银杏叶中的微量元素含量比较,除Se元素外其它元素含量均更高。检测了番石榴叶经冲泡或水煮的方式处理后的微量元素含量,比较了消化的总含量,了解泡制、煮制的利用率,结果表明煮制比泡制效果更好。

Essential trace elements in human body directly affect cellular metabolism and level of insulin , and it is closely related to diabetes .In recent years,treating diabetes with plants has received more and more at-tention.11 trace elements---Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn,Ni,Cu,Se,Cr,Co,V in guava leaves were determined by ICP-AES method .The result of the experiment shows that the trace elements content in guava leaves is higher than that in ginkgo leaves ,which is often used to decrease blood sugar level ,except element Se .Trace elements content in brewed and boiled guava leaves were also tested and compared with the total digested content .The u-tilization ratios of brewing and boiling show that boiling has better effect than brewing .
