为确定适于南丰蜜橘贮藏的合理采收期,以南丰蜜橘为试材,在温度为(5±1)℃、相对湿度为85%~90%贮藏条件下,研究不同采收期对南丰蜜橘果实贮藏品质及效果的影响。结果表明:贮藏110 d后,采收期Ⅰ和采收期Ⅱ的果实腐烂率(分别为0%和11%)极显著低于采收期Ⅲ的果实(28%),但采收期Ⅰ的果实失重率极显著高于采收期Ⅱ、Ⅲ的果实,高达11.28%;在贮藏前期,采收期Ⅰ的果实可溶性固形物( TSS)、总糖、维生素C ( Vc)含量偏低,可滴定酸( TA)含量偏高;在贮藏后期,其TSS、总糖含量高于采收期Ⅱ、Ⅲ的果实;较早采收的果实(采收期Ⅰ、Ⅱ)丙二醛(MDA)积累较少,呼吸强度较低,多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性较低,且有效的延缓了果实Vc、TA含量的下降。综合各项生理生化指标,采收期Ⅱ的果实贮藏品质优于采收期Ⅰ、Ⅲ的果实,为较适宜的采收期。
為確定適于南豐蜜橘貯藏的閤理採收期,以南豐蜜橘為試材,在溫度為(5±1)℃、相對濕度為85%~90%貯藏條件下,研究不同採收期對南豐蜜橘果實貯藏品質及效果的影響。結果錶明:貯藏110 d後,採收期Ⅰ和採收期Ⅱ的果實腐爛率(分彆為0%和11%)極顯著低于採收期Ⅲ的果實(28%),但採收期Ⅰ的果實失重率極顯著高于採收期Ⅱ、Ⅲ的果實,高達11.28%;在貯藏前期,採收期Ⅰ的果實可溶性固形物( TSS)、總糖、維生素C ( Vc)含量偏低,可滴定痠( TA)含量偏高;在貯藏後期,其TSS、總糖含量高于採收期Ⅱ、Ⅲ的果實;較早採收的果實(採收期Ⅰ、Ⅱ)丙二醛(MDA)積纍較少,呼吸彊度較低,多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性較低,且有效的延緩瞭果實Vc、TA含量的下降。綜閤各項生理生化指標,採收期Ⅱ的果實貯藏品質優于採收期Ⅰ、Ⅲ的果實,為較適宜的採收期。
위학정괄우남봉밀귤저장적합리채수기,이남봉밀귤위시재,재온도위(5±1)℃、상대습도위85%~90%저장조건하,연구불동채수기대남봉밀귤과실저장품질급효과적영향。결과표명:저장110 d후,채수기Ⅰ화채수기Ⅱ적과실부란솔(분별위0%화11%)겁현저저우채수기Ⅲ적과실(28%),단채수기Ⅰ적과실실중솔겁현저고우채수기Ⅱ、Ⅲ적과실,고체11.28%;재저장전기,채수기Ⅰ적과실가용성고형물( TSS)、총당、유생소C ( Vc)함량편저,가적정산( TA)함량편고;재저장후기,기TSS、총당함량고우채수기Ⅱ、Ⅲ적과실;교조채수적과실(채수기Ⅰ、Ⅱ)병이철(MDA)적루교소,호흡강도교저,다분양화매(PPO)활성교저,차유효적연완료과실Vc、TA함량적하강。종합각항생리생화지표,채수기Ⅱ적과실저장품질우우채수기Ⅰ、Ⅲ적과실,위교괄의적채수기。
In order to determine the reasonable harvest date for storage of Nanfeng mandarin , the fruits harvested on different dates were stored at (5±1)℃and RH 85%-90%,and the changes of fruit quality and storability were investigated .The results showed that the decay rates of the fruits of harvest ⅠandⅡ( 0%and 11%respectively) were significantly lower than that of harvest Ⅲ(28%) after 110 ds’storage,but the weight loss rate of the fruit of harvest Ⅰwas 11.28%,significantly higher than those of harvest ⅡandⅢ.At the early stage of storage,the fruit of harvest Ⅰhad lower total soluble solids (TSS),total sugar,Vitamin C (Vc) con-tent but higher titratable acidity ( TA) ,and higher TSS and TA at the later stage of storage than those of har-vest ⅡandⅢ.The fruits of harvest ⅠandⅡhad less MDA accumulation,lower respiration rate and PPO ac-tivity than those of harvest Ⅲ, thus effectively delayed the reduction of Vc content and TA .According to the physiological and biochemical indexes ,the storage quality of the fruit of harvest Ⅱwas better than those of har-vest Ⅰand Ⅲ,so harvest Ⅱwas ofthe most suitable harvest date for storage of Nanfeng mandarin .
