对超级稻Y两优1号种子进行不同加氧(机械加氧、化学加氧和电解加氧)实验,结果发现:种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽速率、发芽指数、活力指数以及整齐度、壮苗指数均有不同程度的升高。低频次的电解加氧处理的发芽率为93%;发芽势为40%;发芽指数为97.77;活力指数为1061.76;整齐度为91%等指标均优于其他处理,低频次的机械加氧处理的壮苗指数为0.927优于其他处理,说明低频次电解加氧处理对超级稻种子萌发是最佳的加氧处理,低频次机械加氧处理对超级稻幼苗生长是最佳的加氧处理。

대초급도Y량우1호충자진행불동가양(궤계가양、화학가양화전해가양)실험,결과발현:충자적발아솔、발아세、발아속솔、발아지수、활력지수이급정제도、장묘지수균유불동정도적승고。저빈차적전해가양처리적발아솔위93%;발아세위40%;발아지수위97.77;활력지수위1061.76;정제도위91%등지표균우우기타처리,저빈차적궤계가양처리적장묘지수위0.927우우기타처리,설명저빈차전해가양처리대초급도충자맹발시최가적가양처리,저빈차궤계가양처리대초급도유묘생장시최가적가양처리。
This paper reports the findings of research on the germination and growth of seedlings of the Y Liangyou No.1,a variety of super rice created in Hunan ,China.Different methods for oxygen enhancement in irrigation water , called oxygation, were investigated including the oxygen enhancement by mechanical and chemical means as well as by electrolysisT.hese treatments improved germination in terms of the germination rates,germinability index,the vigor index ,uniformity and the agronomical characters .Of the three oxygen en-hancement methods ,the electrolysis method under a lower frequency generated the best results with the per -centage of germination being 93%,germinability 40%,germinative index 97.77,vigor index 1 061.76,and uni-formity 91%for all parameters under investigation .These findings mean that the electrolysis is the best option for the germination of this strain of super rice .
