对芦溪岭林场现状进行分析，指出在建设、发展、改革中，林场存在着森林资源结构不合理、内部管理不够规范、经营管理机制不活、发展环境脆弱等问题。由此提出，林场必须大力培育森林资源，以人为本强化内部管理体制，协调各方关系创造良好的周边发展环境等对策，从而实现对林场森林资源的保护和林场经济的可持续发展。
對蘆溪嶺林場現狀進行分析，指齣在建設、髮展、改革中，林場存在著森林資源結構不閤理、內部管理不夠規範、經營管理機製不活、髮展環境脆弱等問題。由此提齣，林場必鬚大力培育森林資源，以人為本彊化內部管理體製，協調各方關繫創造良好的週邊髮展環境等對策，從而實現對林場森林資源的保護和林場經濟的可持續髮展。
대호계령림장현상진행분석，지출재건설、발전、개혁중，림장존재착삼림자원결구불합리、내부관리불구규범、경영관리궤제불활、발전배경취약등문제。유차제출，림장필수대력배육삼림자원，이인위본강화내부관리체제，협조각방관계창조량호적주변발전배경등대책，종이실현대림장삼림자원적보호화림장경제적가지속발전。
The current situation of the Luxiling forest farm in Ji'shui county was analyzed, a series of problems in building, development and reform of farm were pointed out, such as the unreasonable forest resources, the not standard internal management, the rigid of the operating and managing mechanism and the fragile development environment etc. In order to realize the protection of the forest resources and the sustainable development of the farm economy, the corresponding countermeasures were put forward, such as cultivating forest resources, strengthening the human -oriented internal management system, and creating a good circumjacent development environment by coordinating the relationship between various aspects, etc.
