为了解基质、扦插时间、激素对龙脑樟扦插的影响,对龙脑樟进行不同基质、不同扦插时间、不同激素种类、激素浓度及浸泡时间的扦插试验。结果表明:夏初枝条刚木质化或半木质化时,以黄心土为基质,用100 mg/kg的ABT 1号浸泡插穗1.5 h扦插效果最好,成活率可达87%以上。

위료해기질、천삽시간、격소대용뇌장천삽적영향,대용뇌장진행불동기질、불동천삽시간、불동격소충류、격소농도급침포시간적천삽시험。결과표명:하초지조강목질화혹반목질화시,이황심토위기질,용100 mg/kg적ABT 1호침포삽수1.5 h천삽효과최호,성활솔가체87%이상。
In order to master the effect of matrix, cutting time and hormone to Cinnamomum camphora chvar. Borneol cuttage, this article did the cuttage experiments for different matrix, cutting time, hormones, hormone concentration and immersion time. The results showed that, the most suitable matrix for C. camphora chvar. borneol cottage was yellow soil, and the best formula was immersing the cuttings with 100 mg/kg ABT 1 for 1.5 hours when the branch was just lignification or semi lignified in early summer. And the survival rate was more than 87%.
