以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯( IPDI )、聚醚胺D-2000、二羟甲基丙酸( DMPA )、丙烯酸羟乙酯( HEA)为原料,合成双键封端的聚脲预聚体,再通过种子乳液聚合法,与丙烯酸酯单体聚合,制备聚脲/丙烯酸酯( PUAA)乳液。研究了R值、DMPA用量以及聚脲( PUA)与聚丙烯酸酯( PA)质量比对合成乳液稳定性、耐水性、力学性能等的影响。红外光谱分析表明聚脲与丙烯酸酯成功接枝。实验结果表明:R值为1?6时,乳胶膜吸水率最低;而随R值增大,乳胶膜的拉伸强度增大,断裂伸长率减少。实验优选DMPA的用量占PUA预聚体的5?0%,PUA与PA质量比为2∶3~1∶2,制得的PUAA乳液稳定,吸水率低,力学性能好。

The double terminated polyurea( PUA) propolymer was synthesized firstly using IPDI、D-2000、DM-PA and HEA, then PUAA emulsion was synthesized with acrylate monomers by seed emulsion polymerization. The effects of R value, DMPA content and the mass ratio of PUA/PA on the emulsion performance and their films were studied. FTIR analysis showed the PUA and PA was grafted successfully. The results showed that the water absorp-tion of PUAA film was the lowest when R was 1?6. In addition, with R value increased, PUAA film?s tensile strength increased and the elongation at break decreased. The PUA emulsion was stability, having low water ab-sorption and good mechanical performance when the experimental optimization condition was DMPA content 5% in polyurea prepolymer and PUA/PA mass ratio 2∶3~1∶2 .
