本文以上海3所高校随机抽取的1139名大学生为样本，了解大学生寻求专业性心理帮助的态度与现状，结果显示近七成的大学生对本校的心理咨询机构不熟悉，大学生更偏好面对面的咨询方式，大学生遇到心理问题，自助倾向明显，不太愿意求助，其中性别、专业、家庭来源、专业求助经历、对心理咨询中心是否熟知影响大学生寻求专业性心理帮助态度。

This paper is the result of a sample survey of 1139students from 3 Shanghai based univer-sities on their attitude towards professional help and the present situation.It turns out that nearly 70% students know little about the psychological counseling institutions in their universities,and that university students in general are more willing to help themselves than seek outside help when meeting psychological problems and when they do seek outside help,they prefer face to face.The paper notes that their attitudes vary with gender,major,family background,past help seeking experience and knowledge about the psychological health centers in their schools.
