当前大学生就业中性别歧视、学历歧视和户籍歧视是最严重的三个方面。大学生就业歧视现象不仅是由法律、劳动力市场、政府监管、传统观念等外部因素引起的,而且还与大学生自身有关,我们应该从内外两方面寻找大学生就业歧视问题的解决路径。
噹前大學生就業中性彆歧視、學歷歧視和戶籍歧視是最嚴重的三箇方麵。大學生就業歧視現象不僅是由法律、勞動力市場、政府鑑管、傳統觀唸等外部因素引起的,而且還與大學生自身有關,我們應該從內外兩方麵尋找大學生就業歧視問題的解決路徑。

Employment discrimination against college students manifests itself mostly in three aspects:gender,educational background and registered permanent residence.It is caused not j ust by external factors like absence of relevant laws and regulations,biased labor market,inadequate government su-pervision and old traditional concepts.College students themselves are in part responsible.In finding a solution to the problem,we must look within and without.
