建立K型井架有限元模型,对其设计载荷作用下的变形位移及应力分布情况进行仿真分析,从而确定井架承载过程中的主要危险应力区。基于有限元分析结果,结合SY/T6326-2008标准要求对井架检测方案中应变片的选择及测点规划布置进行适当优化,制定符合标准要求的井架检测实施方案,对井架安全检测评定工作具有一定的参考价值。

By establishing the finite element model of the K type derrick ,the distribution of stress and deform-ation displacement of derrick under the effect of designed loads were analyzed ,and the dangerous stress areas of derrick during loading process were determined .Based on the results of finite element analysis ,the optimi-zation of strain gauge selection and the layout of measuring points in derrick detection scheme were carried according to the requirements of standard SY/T6326 -2008 ,which can serve as a reference for the inspec-tion and safety evaluation of the derrick .
