本文运用质性研究的方法,对206名新生的观察及其中45人的深入访谈,发现新生在适应阶段一般会经过紧张敏感期、调整适应期、麻木顺从期和危险与重新适应期等四个阶段,而心理健康状况优、自我效能感高、社会支持强和乐群性高的学生适应状况更佳,应根据新生适应的阶段性、规律性特征制定有效策略。
本文運用質性研究的方法,對206名新生的觀察及其中45人的深入訪談,髮現新生在適應階段一般會經過緊張敏感期、調整適應期、痳木順從期和危險與重新適應期等四箇階段,而心理健康狀況優、自我效能感高、社會支持彊和樂群性高的學生適應狀況更佳,應根據新生適應的階段性、規律性特徵製定有效策略。

This paper is a qualitative study of first year students'adaptation in college.Observations of 206 freshmen and in depth interviews of 45 of them reveal first year students in general experi-ence four stages of adaptation:tense and sensitive period,adj ustment period,numb submission and readj ustment.Those who are more psychologically healthy,more agreeable and who possess higher self efficacy and enj oy more social support tend to have less difficulty.Colleges and universities, consequently,must work out strategies that take into consideration the different stages and their reg-ular features.
