文章在对新生群体、新生适应性问题进行分类分析的基础上，从群体动力学的角度对解决新生适应问题进行审视，对针对新生适应性问题开展的集体活动的组织与实施进行探讨，在实证基础上阐述并完善大型集体活动牵引个体心理建设，进一步提升育人效果。

After analyzing the group characteristics of college freshmen and their adaptive problems, this article examines from the perspective of group dynamics how to solve the problems and discusses how to organize and conduct group activities aimed at the problems.It gives an evidence based expla-nation of how well designed large scale group activities can help build individual psychology and en-hance education.
