针对舰船动力装置传统概念设计阶段存在的问题,研究了将Q FD理论应用到舰船动力装置概念设计中的方法,并讨论了需求分析质量屋和方案设计质量屋的构建方法及相关算法、方案的综合模糊评价等实施过程中的相关问题,同时以CODAD型动力装置传动装置概念设计为算例对所研究的内容进行了验证。结果表明:该研究方法将为舰船动力装置概念设计提供科学的指导,并为设计质量的提高奠定一定的理论基础。

Aimed at the problems in traditional conceptual design of a marine power plant ,this paper proposes that the QFD theory should be applied to the conceptual design of marine power plants .And it makes a study of the method of application of power plant and a detailed analysis of the problems re-lated to the construction method and algorithm for requirement analysis house of quality and prelimi-nary design house of quality and the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method for designing marine power plants ,etc .Furthermore ,the CODAD power plant conceptual design based on the QFD theory is used as an example to verify what has been studied .The QFD theory is proved to be feasible and ef-fective in the conceptual design . T he research result show that the method proposed may provide a new scientific method for the conceptual design of marine power plants and lay a good foundation for improving the quality of design .
