在综合现有文献基础上,对电解电容与薄膜电容的优缺点进行了对比分析。首先,分析了影响铝电解电容寿命的主要因素,给出了对电解电容寿命进行估算的方法。然后,针对交-直-交电力电子变换器,在综合考虑电容容值、电流有效值、过电压、负载功率等多因素的情况下,对直流支撑电容进行了设计,说明了在功率变化电路中薄膜电容远优于电解电容。最后,针对两类大型电力电容器,分别采用电解电容方案与薄膜电容方案进行了对比设计。结果表明:与电解电容方案相比,薄膜电容方案不仅具有寿命长、耐压高、电流承受能力强、能承受反压、无酸污染并且可长时间存贮等诸多优点,而且在体积上也明显小于电解电容方案。
在綜閤現有文獻基礎上,對電解電容與薄膜電容的優缺點進行瞭對比分析。首先,分析瞭影響鋁電解電容壽命的主要因素,給齣瞭對電解電容壽命進行估算的方法。然後,針對交-直-交電力電子變換器,在綜閤攷慮電容容值、電流有效值、過電壓、負載功率等多因素的情況下,對直流支撐電容進行瞭設計,說明瞭在功率變化電路中薄膜電容遠優于電解電容。最後,針對兩類大型電力電容器,分彆採用電解電容方案與薄膜電容方案進行瞭對比設計。結果錶明:與電解電容方案相比,薄膜電容方案不僅具有壽命長、耐壓高、電流承受能力彊、能承受反壓、無痠汙染併且可長時間存貯等諸多優點,而且在體積上也明顯小于電解電容方案。
재종합현유문헌기출상,대전해전용여박막전용적우결점진행료대비분석。수선,분석료영향려전해전용수명적주요인소,급출료대전해전용수명진행고산적방법。연후,침대교-직-교전력전자변환기,재종합고필전용용치、전류유효치、과전압、부재공솔등다인소적정황하,대직류지탱전용진행료설계,설명료재공솔변화전로중박막전용원우우전해전용。최후,침대량류대형전력전용기,분별채용전해전용방안여박막전용방안진행료대비설계。결과표명:여전해전용방안상비,박막전용방안불부구유수명장、내압고、전류승수능력강、능승수반압、무산오염병차가장시간존저등제다우점,이차재체적상야명현소우전해전용방안。
Based on the present literature ,the merits and short comings of the electrolytic capacitor and thin film capacitor are analyzed .Firstly ,the main factors affecting the electrolytic capacitor life-time is analyzed and the method of estimating its lifetime is presented .Secondly ,in view of the various factors such as capacitance ,current root mean square (RMS ) value ,over-voltage and load power ,the DC capacitor in the AC-DC-AC power electronic convertor is designed because the thin film capacitor has an advantage over the electrolytic capacitor .Finally ,a comparative design of the two kinds of large-capacity power capacitors is made by using electrolytic capacitor and thin film capacitor respectively .The results show that compared with the electrolytic capacitor ,the thin film capacitor has long life time , high voltage resistibility , strong current capability , effective resistance to the reverse voltage ,acid-free pollution and can be stored for a long time .Moreover ,its volume is smaller .
