网络舆情热度是突发事件应对过程中的重要影响因素,针对网络舆情监测平台提供的舆情情况,构建基于网络舆情热度的突发事件动态分类分级的方法,并对其具体因素如热度分值、转折点、持续时间和舆情内容等进行分析。研究表明:经过调整后的突发事件分类分级,与突发事件的实际进展状态相匹配,从而对突发事件的实时应对提供参考。
網絡輿情熱度是突髮事件應對過程中的重要影響因素,針對網絡輿情鑑測平檯提供的輿情情況,構建基于網絡輿情熱度的突髮事件動態分類分級的方法,併對其具體因素如熱度分值、轉摺點、持續時間和輿情內容等進行分析。研究錶明:經過調整後的突髮事件分類分級,與突髮事件的實際進展狀態相匹配,從而對突髮事件的實時應對提供參攷。

Network public opinion heat is an important factor in the emergencies response process. According to public opinion of the monitoring platform, we construct the method of dynamic classification and grading based on network public opinion heat, and analyze the specific factors such as heat score, turning point, duration time, and public opinion content. The research shows that the adjusted emergency dynamic classification and grading can match with the actual progress of emergencies, which provides reference to the emergencies real-time response.
