从引起涂料老化最主要的几个方面,理论上分析了涂料的老化机理,并列举了涂料寿命评估方面存在的困难,总结了目前采用的最主要的实验室涂料寿命评估试验及其取得的一些成果,还指出,要推算涂料的使用寿命,首先要了解涂料的基本种类、使用要求及使用环境,据此设计相应的实验室加速老化试验与户外暴露环境试验的对比,经过较长时间的试验比对,才能得出相对准确的涂料使用寿命。
從引起塗料老化最主要的幾箇方麵,理論上分析瞭塗料的老化機理,併列舉瞭塗料壽命評估方麵存在的睏難,總結瞭目前採用的最主要的實驗室塗料壽命評估試驗及其取得的一些成果,還指齣,要推算塗料的使用壽命,首先要瞭解塗料的基本種類、使用要求及使用環境,據此設計相應的實驗室加速老化試驗與戶外暴露環境試驗的對比,經過較長時間的試驗比對,纔能得齣相對準確的塗料使用壽命。

In this paper,a theoretical analysis of the coating's aging mechanism was sum up from mainly aging aspects. And the difficulties of coating life assessment were enumerated. The major laboratory tests of coating life evaluation and some of their results were concluded. This paper also points out,to calculate the service life of the coating,we must know the basic types of paint,application requirements and service environment first. Then designs corresponding laboratory accelerated aging test and outdoor exposure test. For a long period of time of comparative test,a relatively accurate coating service life can be get.
