在水温为24~33℃的条件下,选取初始体质量为(71.1±1.4) g的草鱼Ctenopharyngodon idella 300尾,分为试验组和对照组,每组设3个平行。对照组投喂基础饲料,试验组投喂在基础饲料中添加0.1%由地衣芽孢杆菌和低聚木糖配制的合生素,每次投饵量为鱼体质量的3.5%,养殖试验共进行92 d。结果表明:试验组草鱼平均增重率比对照组提高了20.9%(P<0.05),饵料系数比对照组降低了8.9%(P<0.05);试验组草鱼的肠道微生物中,大肠杆菌数量比对照组减少了9.4%(P<0.05),而芽孢杆菌和乳酸杆菌数量则比对照组分别增加了21.6%和7.7%( P<0.05);试验组草鱼的肠道胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性分别比对照组显著提高了18.8%、36.8%和19.8%( P<0.05),肝胰脏中胰蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性分别比对照组显著提高了14.6%和21.3%(P<0.05),而淀粉酶活性则与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。

재수온위24~33℃적조건하,선취초시체질량위(71.1±1.4) g적초어Ctenopharyngodon idella 300미,분위시험조화대조조,매조설3개평행。대조조투위기출사료,시험조투위재기출사료중첨가0.1%유지의아포간균화저취목당배제적합생소,매차투이량위어체질량적3.5%,양식시험공진행92 d。결과표명:시험조초어평균증중솔비대조조제고료20.9%(P<0.05),이료계수비대조조강저료8.9%(P<0.05);시험조초어적장도미생물중,대장간균수량비대조조감소료9.4%(P<0.05),이아포간균화유산간균수량칙비대조조분별증가료21.6%화7.7%( P<0.05);시험조초어적장도이단백매、정분매화지방매활성분별비대조조현저제고료18.8%、36.8%화19.8%( P<0.05),간이장중이단백매화지방매활성분별비대조조현저제고료14.6%화21.3%(P<0.05),이정분매활성칙여대조조무명현차이(P>0.05)。
A total of 300 grass carp Ctenopharyngodon idella juveniles with initial body weight of ( 71 . 1±1 . 4 ) g were randomly divided into a 2 mí2 mí1 . 5 m cage and fed basal diet in the control group and the basal diet sup-plemented with Bacillus licheniformis and xylo-oligosaccharide in the test group at a rate 0 . 1% at a feeding rate of about 3. 5% at water temperature of 24-33 ℃ for 92 days with triplication. The results showed that there were 20. 9% weight gain rate and 8. 9% lower food conversion ratio compared with the control group, weight rate in the test group than those in the control group, with significant difference (P<0. 05). The number of Bacillus sp. in the intestine was found to be decreased by 9 . 4% in the test group while the number of Bacillus licheniformis and Lacto-bacillus sp. was found to be increased by 21. 6% and 7. 7%, respectively, with significant differences (P<0. 05). There were 18. 8% higher trypsin, 36. 8% higher amylase, and 19. 8% higher lipase activities in the intestines in the grass carp juveniles fed the diets containing synbiotics than those in the juveniles in the control group. In the patopancreas, however,the fish fed the diets containing synbiotics had 14. 6% higher trypsin, and 21. 3% higher lipase activities than the animals in the control group did(P<0. 05), without significant difference in amylase activ-ity.
