首先制备了不同石墨含量的磁流变弹性体(MRE)材料,并研究了其磁电阻特性。测试结果表明随着磁场的增高,磁流变弹性体的电阻呈下降的趋势,当磁场达到一定临界值时,电阻不再明显变化。基于磁流变弹性体的磁电阻特性,提出用于位移传感的设计原理,通过软件对系统线圈磁场进行仿真,得到MRE所受磁场及电阻与位移的关系。通过一个简易的测试,证明了该位移传感设计原理的可行性。

In this paper, MR elastomer samples with different contents of graphite were fabricated firstly, and its magnetoresistive characteristic was studied. The results show that the resistance decreases initially and then tend to be constant with increasing external magnetic field. Then the design concept was proposed for displacement sensing system based on its magnetoresistance characteristics. The magnetic field applied on the MRE and resistence with displacement were obtained by simulation on coil field of the system. The concept feability of the system is confirmed via a simple measurement .
