目的:评价外放疗联合放射性125I粒子植入治疗口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤的近期疗效和安全性。方法:选择我院13例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者,依据临床剂量给予患者调强适形放射外治疗和125I放射粒子植入放疗。术后复查并随访,观察并分析患者的疗效、生存状况及不良反应等。结果:3个月时,9例患者病情得到完全控制,4例部分控制。6个月时,所有患者病灶均完全消退。7个月和14个月时各有1例患者出现转移,经再次治疗得到控制。截止至随访25个月,11名患者依然生存良好,仅1例有复发倾向。整体而言,治疗效果较为理想。结论:外放疗法联合放射性125I粒子植入治疗口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤,疗效明显,可有效控制病灶的发展、降低复发和转移率,具有一定临床推广价值。

Objective:To evaluate clinical effect and safety of the treatment by external intensity modulated conformal radiotherapy combined with implant radioactive125I particle for the patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors.Methods: Thirteen patients were objects for the study, and received a combined treatment with external radiotherapy and implant radioactive125I particle, then evaluate the effect, survival and adverse reactions after received treatment.Results:At 3 months, 9 patients’s lesions were control entirely, and 4 patients got a part control for the lesions. At 6 months, the lesions of all patients been controlled completely. One patient occurred relapse, 1 patient occurred lymph node metastasis, the exacerbation was controlled well by received treatment. As to the follow-up about 25 months, 11 patients were still living well, only one patients with recurrent tendencies. Overall, the treatment effect was well.Conclusions: External intensity modulated conformal radiotherapy combined with implant radioactive125I particle could provide a signiifcantly efifcacy for the tumor lesions of the patients above, should be applied in clinical widely.
