基于1999-2011年的中国省级面板数据，在STIRPAT模型和环境库兹涅茨曲线（EKC）基础上，考察现阶段中国城镇化、居民消费对环境污染的影响效应。结果发现，城镇化对环境污染具有显著的正向效应与区域差异，城镇化水平与环境污染之间倒U型的环境库兹涅茨曲线关系并不显著，居民消费水平与环境污染之间亦存在着倒U型的环境库兹涅茨曲线关系，而且我国的居民消费水平距拐点还有一段距离；城镇化水平提高能抑制居民消费水平对环境污染的影响，且居民消费水平不同的地区，城镇化对环境污染的影响具有显著差异。
基于1999-2011年的中國省級麵闆數據，在STIRPAT模型和環境庫玆涅茨麯線（EKC）基礎上，攷察現階段中國城鎮化、居民消費對環境汙染的影響效應。結果髮現，城鎮化對環境汙染具有顯著的正嚮效應與區域差異，城鎮化水平與環境汙染之間倒U型的環境庫玆涅茨麯線關繫併不顯著，居民消費水平與環境汙染之間亦存在著倒U型的環境庫玆涅茨麯線關繫，而且我國的居民消費水平距枴點還有一段距離；城鎮化水平提高能抑製居民消費水平對環境汙染的影響，且居民消費水平不同的地區，城鎮化對環境汙染的影響具有顯著差異。
기우1999-2011년적중국성급면판수거，재STIRPAT모형화배경고자열자곡선（EKC）기출상，고찰현계단중국성진화、거민소비대배경오염적영향효응。결과발현，성진화대배경오염구유현저적정향효응여구역차이，성진화수평여배경오염지간도U형적배경고자열자곡선관계병불현저，거민소비수평여배경오염지간역존재착도U형적배경고자열자곡선관계，이차아국적거민소비수평거괴점환유일단거리；성진화수평제고능억제거민소비수평대배경오염적영향，차거민소비수평불동적지구，성진화대배경오염적영향구유현저차이。
Based on Chinese Provincial Panel Data from 1999 to 2011, the paper analyzes the effect of China's urbanization and residents' consumption on environment pollution on the basis of the STIRPAT model and Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC). The result shows that there have significant positive effects and the regional differences of the urbanization on the environment pollution, and the inverted U-shaped environmental Kuznets curve between the urbanization level and environment pollution is not significant. However, there is a relationship of inverted U-shaped environmental Kuznets Curve between the residents' consumption level and the environment pollution. What' more, the level of the residents' consumption in our country has still some distance from the inflection point. Improving the level of urbanization can suppress the effects of residents consumption level's on environmental pollution, and the urbanization effect on the environmental pollution has significant differences in different areas of residents' consumption level.
